All cares can be forgotten while you relax in the comforting hands of a masseuse whose full attention is given to making you feel comfortable and soothed.
Pros: Warm, quiet, soothing, and a pleasant masseuse
Cons: the time goes too quickly!

My massage therapist, Lisa, was very attentive to the signals of my body and clearly knew what she was doing in releasing the deep-muscle knots that had been there for years! I have had massages by other licensed individuals where it felt like they were just following a recipe or just going through some automatic routine. After them, I really didn't feel much better. But my very first massage here was different. Lisa was really able to "read" me and to apply just the perfect amount of presure in just the perfect spot. She also listened to my feedback (really LISTENED!) I felt much better afterward. And I am DEFINATELY returning! The price my seem steep to some people, but I feel that it is a very reasonable price for the professional, highly skilled and finely individualized therapy that I received. The entire experience was really wonderful!

I have always been an advocate for massage, but it wasn't until I had my first session with Lark that I made massage a routine part of my life. At Body Wisdom, you not only get an excellent massage, but you also get a whole experience. Lark is an amazing body worker with hands that heal. She knows exactly where to work in order to alleviate stress, pain, and emotions. I am so glad to have discovered such a wonderful place!
