NORWOOD, Ohio -- Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is returning as a new author to southwest Ohio where she made her debut as a national candidate. Palin is scheduled to sign copies of her book, "Going Rogue," Friday afternoon in the Cincinnati suburbs.

An argument on a COTA bus led to the shooting of a 17-year-old as he got off the bus in North Linden yesterday, Columbus police said. The victim, identified as Robert Lawrence, was taken to Ohio State University Medical Center, where he was in serious condition with a gunshot wound in a leg. The injury was not considered life-threatening, police said.
