Although this is my first year it rocks! The teachers are nice, you learn extra with some teachers, and friendships are created. Genoa middle school is fun and the day flies by! I'd recomend any parent to come to this school!

Our two children have very much enjoyed Genoa Middle. We have the greatest teachers. I have always felt comfortable contacting any of the staff. They have always contacted us right back with responses or willing to get back soon. How wonderful is that? I feel that Genoa is extremely open to ideas and very happy for help from parents. That is the best way to find out about any school. Look inside it, volunteer, become involved. Genoa is wonderful and I am so happy to allow them to have the honor of teaching my children.

I think the parents within the Westerville school district are very supportive of the schools. Parents often donate with money, volunteer work, or where ever they might be needed. I think the school district is very lacking in offering extracurricular activities for the students. It seems that every year more and more classes are being cut from the curriculum, there's a question as to whether sports will be available next year, and if sports are available at what cost to the student? Will it be affordable? I think we need to go back to the basics. Why do we need new schools that are built to have 3 story ceiling and all this extravagant extras that don't pertain to the childs education. What happened to just building a school with the essentials for a good quality education that is affordable to maintain. Reserve the money for where it counts...the education.
